Training Times and Group Classifications

 

Carded Seniors (17yrs – 34yrs)

A senior can only box for the club when carded.  A member will be carded when the club feels they are ready to box and represent the club. 

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 7pm to 9pm
  • Sunday – 10am to 12pm

Carded Juniors (11yrs – 16yrs)

A junior can only box for the club when carded.  A member will be carded when the club feels they are ready to box and represent the club.

  • Tuesday/Thursday/Friday – 7pm to 9pm
  • Sunday – 10am to 12pm

Non-Carded Seniors (17yrs – 34yrs)

  • Sunday – 10am to 12pm

Male Keep Fitters (17yrs – 34yrs)

A senior who just wants to keep fit and do not intend to box competitively

  • Monday/Wednesday – 6.30pm to 8.30pm
